The Lynk & Co 900 is built on the CMA (Compact Modular Architecture) platform, co-developed by Geely and Volvo. This gives the 900 access to Volvo's safety engineering investment at a lower price than a Volvo-branded equivalent.
Lynk & Co was explicitly designed to appeal to European buyers — minimalist interiors, premium materials, and understated exterior styling. This differentiates it from more extravagantly styled Chinese EV brands.
